Gor & Associates was established in 2014 by Gor Mnatsakanyan and is a bit of a throwback to when personal service was paramount. Gor was a recipient of the prestigious Paul & Phyllis Treusch Scholarship and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southwestern Law School. He received his Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Philosophy from UCLA prior to that.
In addition to being the leader of G&A, Gor is also General Counsel at AmeriPharma, a pharmaceutical company providing variety of professional pharmaceutical services throughout the Continental United States. This experience pays dividends to his clients every day.
Gor specializes in government/private sector agreements and negotiations, as well as Civil Litigation and Contracts. He takes a hands-on approach and is happy to talk to you about your case.

Arpine Esmailian is an Attorney at Gor & Associates. She specializes in the representation of plaintiffs in premises liability, wrongful death, auto accident, and products liability cases. She has extensive amount of experience in all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation. Her strengths involve attention to client needs and she is committed to providing rigorous representation to make a difference for those who have been wronged.
Arpine earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where she was the recipient of Dean’s Scholar award for academic achievement, Wiley W. Manual Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services, and Exceptional Achievement Award for Constitutional Law II. In law school, Arpine was a Student Editor for Journal of International Media and Entertainment Law. During law school, Arpine served as a federal judicial extern with the Honorable Judge Neil W. Bason in the United States Bankruptcy Court, served as an extern in the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Family Violence Division, and worked as a law clerk at Southwestern Law School’s Immigration Law Clinic.

Michael specializes in corporate restructuring and business litigation for Gor & Associates during the day and many nights. Michael also moonlights as a Mathematics Professor at East Los Angeles College.

Mrs. Yesayan is a Chief Case Manager at Gor & Associates. Having an interest in the practice of law, she has been working in the legal field since 2004 to present. Mrs. Yesayan received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from California State University, Northridge in 2009.
She has gained passion for civil practice throughout her work experience. Later, she attended to UCLA to continue her legal education and becoming Certified.
Currently, Ani is attending to Glendale University of College of Law to earn her Juris Doctor Degree. Ani specializes helping clients in the area of serious personal injury, bankruptcy and product liability.
Mrs. Yesayan holds a black belt in karate, which does demonstrate the commitment and drive that Mrs. Yesayan brings to G&A every day.

Garri is a business development manager and a legal specialist with Gor & Associates and directs its marketing and business development activities.
Garri has obtained his LLM (Master of Laws) from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a recipient of a Certificate of Merit as an Outstanding Legal Intern in the Immigration Clinic. He has received his first law degree from Russian-Armenian University in Yerevan, Armenia, graduating with honors.
Garri has valuable experience and expertise in areas of Immigration law, Civil Litigation and Business Law. As an expert attorney, he has an extensive experience in Environmental and Energy Law, having represented multiple domestic and international clients in Energy and Mining sectors. Garri’s extensive legal expertise within the energy field has been component in mergers and acquisitions, development as well as accreditation of power plants of various types, sizes and strategic significance including but not limited to hydroelectric, solar and nuclear power plants.
Garri is a legal scholar as well as an experienced professional in business development and marketing. He has been teaching in RAU for several years within the Institute of Law and Politics, and the Institute of Economics and Business.
Ms. Abramyan is the Litigation Paralegal in our Wilshire office with years of experience in both civil pre-litigation and litigation cases.
The time and care she provides to clients coupled with her attention to detail have enabled her to continue helping them reach a rightful resolution in their legal matters.
Ms. Derzyan is a Case Manager at our Wilshire office. She has a Master’s degree in Law and Jurisprudence from Armenian State Pedagogical University.

Anet is an Assistant Case Manager at Gor & Associates. She is currently a fourth year Bachelor of Science in Sociology undergraduate student at University of California, Los Angeles. She has been on the Dean’s Honor List on multiple occasions, and is expected to graduate with Latin Honors.
While in college, Anet developed an interest in the study of law, and she plans to attend law school in the near future.
Prior to joining Gor & Associates, Anet was an academic tutor, and an avid member of a non-profit organization, where she used her skills and knowledge to cater to the less fortunate.
Ella has earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the USC’s Marshall School of Business. She aspires to become an attorney and has been accepted to several top tier law schools that she is currently choosing from.
During her studies at USC, Ella has interned for the California Superior Court in Van Nuys, CA. Ella is passionate about law and helping her community so she has been a part of Justice Corps Program and has volunteered at the Small Claims department helping those who did not have the privilege of being represented by an attorney.
Ella is an excellent communicator and is fluent in four languages. During her spare time she enjoys reading, baking, watching old movies and television shows. Ella’s dream is to argue in front of the United States Supreme Court (and win).
