Gor & Associates was established in 2014 by Gor Mnatsakanyan and is a bit of a throwback to when personal service was paramount. Every client has a dedicated case worker and every call and communication from you gets a timely response from us. Gor was a recipient of the prestigious Paul & Phyllis Treusch Scholarship and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Southwestern Law School. He received his Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Philosophy from UCLA prior to that. In addition to being the leader of G&A, Gor is also General Counsel at AmeriPharma, a pharmaceutical company providing variety of professional pharmaceutical services throughout the Continental United States. This experience pays dividends to his clients every day. Gor specializes in government/private sector agreements and negotiations, as well as Civil Litigation and Contracts. He takes a hands-on approach and is happy to talk to you about your case. He’s a strong advocate for the law and for people who rely upon it.
Garri is an associate attorney with Gor & Associates, where he specializes in personal injury litigation. He has been a licensed member of the California Bar Association since 2020 and has been admitted to practice law in the State of California. Garri has obtained his LLM (Master of Laws) from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a recipient of a Certificate of Merit as an Outstanding Legal Intern in the Immigration Clinic. He has received his first law degree from Russian-Armenian University in Yerevan, Armenia, graduating with honors. Garri has valuable experience and expertise in areas of Immigration law, Civil Litigation, and Business Law. As an expert attorney, he has an extensive experience in Environmental and Energy Law, having represented multiple domestic and international clients in Energy and Mining sectors. Garri’s extensive legal expertise within the energy field has been component in mergers and acquisitions, development as well as accreditation of power plants of various types, sizes and strategic significance including but not limited to hydroelectric, solar and nuclear power plants. Garri is a legal scholar as well as an experienced professional in business development and marketing. He has been teaching in RAU for several years within the Institute of Law and Politics, and the Institute of Economics and Business.
Mrs. Yesayan is a Director of Pre-Litigation Department at Gor & Associates. Mrs. Yesayan originally had wanted to become an FBI agent; however, while working in the legal field she became passionate about a career in law and has been in the filed since.
Mrs. Yesayan has gained her vast legal experience and earned her professional reputation through working in the legal field from 2004 to present. Throughout this time Mrs. Yesayan has also gained her formal education and training in jurisprudence.
Mrs. Yesayan has received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Law from California State University, Northridge. Following her undergraduate studies, Mrs. Yesayan continued her formal legal education and earned a certification at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). Mrs. Yesayan has also earned her doctorate degree in jurisprudence, J.D. from UWLA while working full time at Gor & Associate. Throughout her extensive legal career, Mrs. Yesayan has also actively participated in numerous continued legal education courses.
While enjoying all aspects of working on Personal Injury and Product Liability matters, Mrs. Yesayan specializes in working with cases involving grave life-altering personal injuries and wrongful death.
In addition to her legal career, Mrs. Yesayan is a loving wife and a mother who holds a black belt in Karate, which further demonstrate her commitment and unique drive that Mrs. Yesayan brings to the G&A team and clients every day.
Haig is an Associate Attorney focusing on litigation and trial. Prior to joining the firm, among others, Haig has been litigating matters involving professional liability, business, and insurance errors and omissions.
Haig is also passionate about human rights. Outside of the firm, Haig is involved with pro-bono work as one of the founding members of the Center for Truth and Justice, a non-profit organization founded by U.S. attorneys and dedicated to collecting evidence of human rights violations and war crimes in the less fortunate parts of the world. Haig speaks English, Western and Eastern Armenian (Fluent)
Additionally, Haig is black belt at Hye Katch Do where he also has the privilege of serving as a martial arts instructor during his free time.
Haig earned his J.D. at Southwestern Law School and his BA in History and Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University.

Ms. Derzyan is a Case Manager at our Wilshire office. She has a Master’s degree in Law and Jurisprudence from Armenian State Pedagogical University. As a client of Gor & Associates, you will become familiar and ultimately to rely quite heavily on Anna’s expertise. Her organizational skills and working knowledge of the law provide great value to you. Anna speaks English, Armenian and Russian.
Anet is a Case Manager at Gor & Associates. She majored in sociology at the University of California, Los Angeles, and graduated with Latin Honors. Currently, Anet is a second-year law student and is expected to graduate law school in the Spring of 2023.
While at UCLA, Anet developed an interest in the study of law, and has since been studying to become an attorney.
Prior to joining Gor & Associates, Anet was an academic tutor, and an avid member of a non-profit organization, where she used her skills and knowledge to cater to the less fortunate.
